A very pleasant basic clean and friendly hotel in a good location.A 15 minute walk will take you to the harbour and 2 beaches are also near. The pool is small but clean and the terrace was an added bonus.We really enjoyed our stay and any seasoned traveller to Greece would appreciate all this hotel and area has to offer.

Unfortunately this hotel harks back to the bad old days of Greece in the early 80's when you expected to get poor accommodation - most other Greek accommodation has moved on but this one certainly hasn't. We stayed at the Mourtemeno for a week and we can only say that this well run hotel is as described. It is basic but most Greek hotels are. It is clean, friendly and they do help if required. The hotel was just as the web site described it, it was simple with no frills. We took our own kettle, spare sink plugs and ice cube tray (all were worth thier weight in gold).
