This holiday inn was awesome...and the staff is what made the stay.. Lenora, Aretha, Ann and Lu..were the greatest staff ive had at a holiday inn in a long time..they were the most helpful and made our spring break vaction awesome.. I wish all holiday staff was this helpful..
I thought great... this hotel is now a HI Express and I'm a Platinum member. I won't stay here again. It's all about the little things...they add up. Checked in.. gave me a room right next to vending and ice machine... Went back downstairs to ask for a different room..maybe an upgrade since I was a Platinum member... they did....

I also don't know where all of the good reviews are coming from. When we arrived they had messed up our reservations. I had made a reservation for 5 rooms. They did not seem to care about us (the customers) and they no desire to correct the problem. This is now a Holiday Inn Express but we will NEVER stay...

This hotel has just been completely renovated and is really really nice. The staff are very friendly and the price is perfect.
Just awful, I have no idea where all of the positive reviews came from. The hotel was on a busy road but the lighted sign was broken. I requested a fan for my room as white noise helps me sleep.. they didn't put one there. When I asked they said they only had one fan and it was in use....

Amber at the front desk took care of us! She was the one who took the reservation and was there for the party, so very helpful. The kids had a blast in the pool which was more salt water than chlorine which was great for the amount of time we were in the pool. Some of the kids didn't swim...
