Excellent location and professional atmosphere. Very courtesy staff from front desk to housekeeping. Great morning coffee and breakfast. Unbelievable hot chocolate chip cookies in the evening. I would agree the hotel is showing its age. Toilet paper placed on a shelf not a holder, no kleenex. Friendly staff. Stayed in a lot better places for the price.

All the front desk staff could do was complain about the new computer system. The manager came out a couple times to help them and looked inconvenienced. Room mediocre. Terrible example of Holiday Inn Ex, do not recommend.
