Overall, this is an attractive hotel if you like mod design. For the type of hotel it is and the money (we paid $89/night minus tax for a standard room with a king-size bed) it deserves a good rating. However, be aware that their idea of "eco-friendly" is to not offer a basic service of providing convenient access to ice... More

Probably the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a hotel. I called to the front desk to make an arrangement for the shuttle to drop us off at the airport at 6am with a "no problem guarantee" from the front desk. I arrived at the front desk and there wasn't a shuttle. I was informed that a cab... More

I´ve been in this hotel for a couple of nights and had a wonderful experience. Here are the highlights: - the room is very functional, with a little kitchen that has of the appliances one need (there is a nice deli just around the corner when you can get supplies).Room is Comfortable, clean, has a great bed. - breakfast has... My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a wedding reception down in the the Old Market in Omaha, Nebraska. We missed the cutoff date to make a reservation at the hotel where the wedding party was staying so we had to act quick to find a room close to the reception area. We did a priceline search and... great hotel surrounded by newer mixed-use properties, 'midtown crossing', to include shopping, dining, condos. the neighborhood is going through revitalization. my room faced dodge street. for those who don't know dodge......it is a busy, noisy street. my room was beautiful....kitchenette, slate floors, fancy bath, wifi, comfy bed, etc. my only complaint was the hallway smell. one reviewer said 'it didn't... The property is nice, with several restaurants close by and Omaha's interpretation of a 'gourmet' grocery store attached. The front desk staff were pleasant, but not particularly helpful when asked for assistance with a couple of things. It may say "Element by Westin", but don't be fooled for a moment; This is not a Westin and you will not get... More

We just needed a place for one overnight in Omaha, but I wish it would have been a longer stay. The Element Omaha Midtown Crossing is very cool. Travelers interested in staying 'green' will especially like their emphasis on sustainability. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The whole atmosphere is trendy but not uppity. The hotel has... More

Omaha is shaping up to be a more modern and trendy town with it's new Midtown Crossing area. Had a great time as this newer area definitely gives Omaha a nice facelift. Front desk staff was nice, rooms were great, free breakfast is amazing.

This place is just down right AMAZING! I would stay in element hotels everywhere I went if they were all as reasonably priced as this one and were in all cities that I traveled to. We wanted a place to stay while checking out Creighton University for graduate school and we wanted the kitchen to allow us to stay in... More

I stayed at the Element twice this winter for business at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Everyone at the hotel is very helpful, starting with the wonderful shuttle driver who brought me in from the airport. The shuttle is readily available to bring you wherever you need to go in the downtown area or to the airport. Midtown Crossing... More
