Omg! Places like this should be shut down! Really! The bedding was disgusting and i used my own. Was staying 5 nites and left after 3. Yes I talked to management. But how do you control drug addicts, partiers and people that yell at each other all the time? You leave! Why not kick them out? Well i really believe... More

My experience wasn't as bad as some of the reviewer's experiences - the room is certainly old and dated, and had the smell of old pet smells as soon as you walked in. But I checked the fridge, stove, bathtub, etc due to some of the other reviewer's issues, and they were in fact clean (I don't know if the... More

Thank you for your candid comments. We have begun using a stronger concentration of the product we use to lift odors, and believe it is making a big difference. e do occasionally have guests making morenoise than is appropriate. If you notify the front desk, it will be taken care of. I'm sorry we're bnot your first preference. We'd like... More

I went there with my dog and as soon as we walked into the room he whimpered at the smell of the musty room. The bed had dead bugs all over (10 different types!) I lifted up the matress and found weed and condoms ( no housekeeping or never heard of trash?!) The shower had semen and pubic hair in... More

You may be certain that if any of this had been brought to our attention at the time, it would immediately have been acted upon. We aren't perfect, and occasionally we miss something, though we have never found a dead rat under a sofa cushion. We did, however, have to catch a squirrel last fall, when he made his way... More

They advertised a King Suite, one would think it has a king size bed, it doesn't, I was told after I checked into my room that none of their rooms has a king bed, queens only. The room was musty, the bed was awful, probably left over from the 60s, had to ask for towels, and the light fixture was... More

I'm sorry you weren't able to get the room type you requested. We do have 10 King Suites, but during the time you were here a number of them were occupied by long-term guests. August is a busy time, so occasionally someone who wanted a king suite got a suite with two queens instead. That was what happened in your... More

When you first get to the room you will notice the room smells musty, the toilet needed to be flushed at least three times in order to drain. Steady leak in the shower. No remote for the TV went to the lobby and was given a remote that was taped together but you still had to hold the batteries to... More

I'm sorry your experience wasn't what it should have been. We have gotten all new mattresses, which I believe you'll find are a big improvement. The key code doesn't change, but the machine which programs the keys automatically programs them for one night only, unless the guest service associate changes the number of days. Also, we of course, do give... More

We were looking for something Alaskan which we found at the Parkwood Inn. We felt at home having a full kitchen in the room. When we needed additional things in our room the staff was very accomadiating. Plenty of space for repacking gifts and we would recomend this hotel to our friends.

This is not a hotel; it's a low income apartment building with loud residents and louder children; paper thin walls, creaking floors, aging furniture and appliances, right next to the freeway. There was 2 inches of frost all around the freezer. When was the last time you saw that? 1975? I spent one night, slept with my clothes on and... More

This place was really dirty. Luckily myself and fellow travellers didn't stay in the room except to sleep. Carpet was dirty, bathrooms were dirty, covers on bed were not clean, etc...The motel is located next to a slum neighborhood..looks like the projects or something. Didn't see any activity from the maid service the whole time we were there. If you... More

The place is smelly, dirty, & noisy. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Carpet on floors was sticky and dirty in spots, place smelled like old cooking, neighbors were noisy. Room was right next to the elevator and stairs although manager stated it was not. We checked in really late and wasked for later checkout - one hour later... More
