Conveniently located but a very basic hotel. Surprising since, it is part of the Holland America cruise experience and does not reflect the quality we found with the cruise itself. Rooms appear very old with no recent improvements. Room and bathrooms were clean.

Spent last night after cruise/tour. Our room was on the 14th (13th) floor. Great views from our balcony. Comfortable beds and very clean and quiet. The hotel facility is in great condition. Good beds. The staff, particularly Kate, were very helpful. They deal with a lot of baggage moving and storage but were always happy to find the bag we needed. Great hotel!
