My main memory was that it has the best shower head I've probably ever experienced. Also there was a view of the Space Needle from the balcony of our room. It's a fairly short walk to the Pacific Science Centre and even shorter to the bus stop that we used to go watch a Seattle Seahawks game. From memory the... More

Our family stayed there for one evening in March and were not impressed. The hotel is newly renovated, however the building is quite old. You can hear people walking, talking, running. If you have kids staying above your suite, good luck on getting any sleep. While having breakfast, in the morning, the fire alarm went off, and it was very... More

Dear Valued Guest, We appreciate your candid response. I apologize on behalf of Four Points by Sheraton that your stay was not as expected. Yes we are a fully renovated new hotel in Seattle, and I apologize for the fire alarm. When this happened we were instructed by the Fire Department to wait until they arrived to silence it. Regarding... More

Place is all new. Great rooms, beds, & bathroom. Love the long vanity for my stuff, needs hairdryer mount. Free coffee & tea in alcove of dining room. Computers available also. Next to Bill Gates Foundation, & Seattle Space Needle. If you are a walker this is great. Take free buses in bus zone to outside areas of zone. Supermarkets... More

My wife and I love to visit Seattle on the weekend and enjoy the downtown life. We found this hotel via the Internet and thought we'd give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised. It's right next to the Seattle Space Needle, a short cab ride into the downtown core and Pike Place Market. Clean and spacious rooms and very... More

I used my points to stay in this hotel which is nice, the room is not big but is what you expect for the Four points. Nice and fast wifi connection

The hotel is about a half mile from the space needle and about a mile from downtown which made it a great location for sighseeing. My only complaint about this hotel is that it is literally behind a construction site. If you are an early riser, this should not be a problem for you, but otherwise expect to hear jack... More

This is our second stay at this establishment. It was much nicer when it was Comfort Inn, the amenities were much better, especially the continental breakfast and we didn't have to pay for parking. This year, we got two towel sets for a two bedroom room, the coffeemaker made one cup of coffee at a time. The beds were full... More

The two bedroom suite with a fold out sofa was a great choice for a 2 day weekend . It provided good space four six foot plus guys, There was reasonably easy access off the freeway and it had great access to the space needle and downtown Seattle. The area is developing and there is an expanding source of restaurants... More

Although I was skeptical at first, I was pleasantly surprised with the renovations that Starwood made to the hotel. It used to be a Comfort Suites, but Starwood took over and turned it into a nice Four Points. The hotel is clean and includes all the amenities. Despite it's location next to Highway 99, I was not bothered by the... More

Stayed here for 2 nights. Very convenient located. Near to the space needle and the monorail to down town. Rooms are spacious and clean. Decent price to park your car ($12). Absolutely worth the price!
