What a hostel! Friendly staff with great suggestions on traveling Seattle, cleanest rooms, the wall art is amazing and the position is great! We stayed in a private room and were not disappointed, it was HUGE, bigger than most hotel rooms we have stayed in- and the price was extremely reasonable. There was no TV in our room, which was... This hostel is great. The beds are comfortable, the staff is really friendly and helpful. The place has several amenities: it has a library, a free computer room, free wi-fi on the bedrooms, a theatre, a nice living room. There is also free breakfast consisting of bread, fruits, cereal, milk, coffee and tea. Better than the usual hostel breakfast. It's... More

The hostel was awesome - cool decor! Great facilities and the staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed in room 300 which was on the top floor facing the road. The room was awesome and the bed was really comfortable. We could hear people outside and night and street lights were bright, but I just used ear plugs and everything... More

This hostel was the best I stayed in during my US trip. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff who are friendly and outgoing people. The hostel itself is clean and not too big or small. The facilities are excellent and the atmosphere is (as usual) what you make it. Located in awesome Belltown and within walking distance of... More

Good location (near the Space Needle, EMP) close walk to other sites and transport links, funky art decor is awesome, lockers in the rooms for your valuables, as shared bathrooms go they were plentiful and clean. I stayed in a street facing room over a weekend and found it relatively quiet. Great place to meet some interesting people, chill out... More

St. Patrick's Day weekend may not be the best time to gauge the volume of a hostel, but it was a bit rambunctious inside and out. I had a street side room and the windows are anything but soundproof, but that is truly my only complaint. The staff were helpful, friendly and seemed to genuinely care that you were taken... More

I had an amazing time at this hostel. It's a short ride or walk to anything you would want to do in Seattle. I meet some awesome people and had a fantastic time. I stayed in a room with 3 other girls. The hostel was very clean and the staff was great. They had an answer to every question I... More

Booked this hostel due to the proximity to the Victoria Clipper terminal. It's located within a 5 minute walk which made it easy to catch the ferry at 8am back to Victoria. The hostel staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the art was great too. We didn't spend a lot of time in the... More

I felt like the smartest traveler ever when I checked into this amazing hostel! My girlfriend and I stayed in a private room for 2 nights while we were in Seattle. Immediately the staff was friendly and helpful, locking up our bags while we walked around and waited for our room to be ready, and offering suggestions for good bars... More

Younger folks seem to prefer Green Tortoise and slightly older ones this one and as I was concerned about street noise in the morning (GT is pretty close to Pike Place Market) and I am <cough> older - that sealed the deal. My first impression was that this one of the cleanest hostels I've ever stayed in (they do clean... More
