Stayed in a suite which provided a small sitting room and more importantly 2 bathrooms, a must when 4 women are travelling together. Not a lot of room in the bedroom but the beds were really comfy. We requested a fridge and extra towels, glasses which they provided immediately. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Great location, walking distance... More

I have to admit that I was a little hesitant to stay here given the hotel's age and not being sure of what to expect from a nearly 90 year old property. Wow, were we surprised! The staff at the front desk are so helpful and caring, and professional - you can tell they really want you to enjoy your... More

Rooms are very tiny. My bed was a full size at best and the AC, even dropped to 60 would never actually blow cold. It was reported to the front desk but no one ever came to fix it. The look and "boutique" style reminds me of New York. The price was ok I guess for that location hotel. Water... More

soridian, I'm sorry to hear that we dropped the ball on communicating your concern to our maintenance team or if it was addressed, communicating back to you. I'll use this as a training example for my staff. I'm assuming you stayed in our Classic Queen Room which is our introductory room option. We have over 14 different rooms types in... More

Very disappointed. The only good thing about the hotel is location. The room was VERY small and they had to bring in a rolling bed as I wanted 2 beds but hotel could not accommodate (so we had even less space). The room is small, elevators small and slow, T.V. Is very small, bathroom very small and poor shower pressure.... More

FJW71, I'm sorry to read that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Our Classic Queen Rooms are perfect for 1 or 2 adults. If you require two beds, our Deluxe Double Queen Room would be the way to go; that room type, based on availability, is available for a very nominal upgrade fee. While I do know that... More

The Mayflower Park is a great hotel located in downtown Seattle. We stayed here May 15,2013 after our Celebrity Solstice cruise. We arrived a little after 9AM. When we pulled up the doorman and another gentleman immediately were helping taxi driver with our bags. First part of exceptional service! We then went to front desk never expecting a room to... I booked this hotel on a whim. After reading reviews and because of its location to what my family and I would be doing in Seattle, I decided to stay here. When I got there, the staff was Super friendly, informative, and Helpful! Everything was great. We had 2 bedroom 2 bathroom room on the 9th floor. The view was... More

Love the Mayflower. Very central to downtown Seattle, especially the shopping areas. Convenient to public transport with buses and monrail as well as direct airport connections right next door. The staff at the Mayflower are some of the best I've encounter. Personal touches, always a smile and super helpful. I've stayed at the Mayflower twice on business trips and my... More

This was my first trip to Seattle (main purpose was a conference for work) but decided to stay three extra days to explore the area. I choose the Mayflower based on the reviews here and the fact I would rather stay at an older hotel with character, charm and history. We were upgraded to the top floor (12th) corner suite... More

Convenient downtown location. Close to shopping, public transportation, and restaurants. Very professional service. The corner suite is spacious and sunny. However, Valet is over $40/night with taxes. On the other hand, may be it is the going rate.

We stayed for two nights on our first visit to Seattle and wanted somewhere central and convenient for travelling in from the airport. Check in was efficient and amiable, and our room was spacious. We had a corner room with two windows which was nice, although unfortunately one looked over the generators and the other looked straight into an office... More
