Good points: location. The neighbourhood is nice, the hotel is very close to the metro with a large supermarket next door. Wifi is available but only in the lobby. The laundry is convenient but expensive. Bad points: the beds were very uncomfortable with thin mattrasses, the carpet was dirty, the dish washer did not work.
