“One night stopover”

Stopped here for one night as a transition point on a biking holiday. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Doesn't have its own restuarant but there is a good one just across the road from the hotel. We walked inot town, about a couple of miles or so but couldn't find anywhere open in the mid to late afternoon that... More

We didn't find this hotel easily, which was a pain. I presume it's fairly new as it didn't register on our sat nav and wasn't even marked on the Tourist Info board in town - so get directions before you go! I needed a stopping place on the road to relax and was very satisfied with this hotel. Easy to find next to the national road, a big secured parking, modern and wide rooms, quiet. Very friendly staff.
