Kim's is the most clean b&b I've ever been to. Kim also tried very hard to make her guests feel welcomed. The breakfast is delicious too. My family and I had a great time staying at Kim's. We'll choose to stay at Kim's again if we visit Seward again.

We stayed one night with Kim, and were saddened that we could not stay longer. The room was very spacious and had a nice comfortable bed. She provided a welcoming environment and plentiful breakfast. We definitely would plan Kim's b & b as a longer part of our stay, next time we are in Seward.

We spent three wonderful, restful nights in Kim's lovely B&B. It was so clean and so orderly and yet we felt very much at home. The breakfasts were to die for and served so beautifully! We would stay there again anytime and enjoyed meeting her and her husband very much. Great spot!

Kim runs the warmest, most welcoming B&B at which we have ever stayed. It is a bit out of Seward, so you will need a car. Comfortable rooms with plenty of privacy.
