“Comfortable yet cramped”

We stayed in the Heron's Roost room, a second floor studio. Most reviews are for the water front cabins. The room is well furnished with a comfortable bed, gliding chairs. There is a microwave, toaster and mini fridge. We enjoyed the framed pocket view of the water and glider chairs in the evenings. This was our "camp" for 4 days... More

“Romantic get away.”

Exceeded my expectations. Beautiful location, very clean rooms, small fridge to refreeze our blue ice, friendly owners. Everything was perfect. Also the Angels Rest web sight was most helpful in planning my visit to the Seward area. Would love to return. John W.

“quiet and relaxing”

This is a perfect place to unwind a little off the beaten path. It is not a hotel, but a small, clean, unique place with amazing views of Resurrection Bay. The heater kept me toasty in late October, and I loved sipping coffee by the windows while the sun began (oh so slowly) to rise. I'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful cabins right on the bay. Spent 3 nights and loved watching the water and sea otters. great hiking on the beach. Have stayed here before and would not stay anywhere else in Seward. Lynda is great with suggestions on things to do and places to eat
