Old hotel, furniture and equipment. Food was good. I would not book it for myself.

The old style hotel with the great location. But services are not on the level of 4stars hotel, especially with the name Grand Hotel. 19th century hotel, bit out-to-date, great location for ski fans ( oposite to Semmering slopes), however I would rate the hotel as a 3stars, the only value of 4 stars deserve breakfast bufet and dinner menu. The hotel has a great location and at least some historic charm - although it has been worked over quite extensively from its original early 20th century apppearance.
