Flexen was exactly what we expected from a European budget hotel - cozy, family run, but well kept and great value for money. This well established old hotel is in a great location with ideal ski in/out. Its like still living in a '70s environment with traditional food (& lots of it) that is well presented but somewhat bland! There is an overabundance of staff which probably accounts for the high pricing structure. (Generally they have vacancies). You could easily price accommodation 30%... More

the old fashioned Flexen keeps it´s style, no sophisticated modernity, a kind of high class simplicity... located directly on the slope... leave the big headed high fashioned moneyblueblooded somewhere else - here you find people grounded, you´ll meet people, you´d never expect them to meet at all (whilst their bodyguards live 6 star bedded 2 doors next...) Classical Ski resort... More
