Location wise it is less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest lift (Nassereinbahn) and about a ten minute walk to the village pedestrian centre. Situation is perfect, you can ski in/out (if you have small children you will find yourself right next to the children skiing area) and have one minute to the Nassereain Bahn.
