We visited the hotel beginning of April. It's a very nice and comfortable hotel. The hotel is just near the ski slopes. The hotel also has a swimming pool and sauna. Nice for after-ski. We had all-in for the price of half board. Reception: very friendly and helpful. Rooms: large and comfortable rooms. Also very clean. Food: every morning and... More

While the hotel itself is nice, the staff tries everything to annoye you during your stay. How else to explain that you loose your starter when arriving half an hour before the kitchen closes. We could even have lived with it but on other days, there was not enough food to serve all of us. But the worst of all... More

We stayed here in early March and had a super week's ski-ing. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Wi-fi only available in the lobby/bar area and not in your room though. Quite a distance from the town, and the last bus is at 6pm, so you would need to take a taxi each time. Not the place to stay... More

I had planned the trip of a lifetime with my daughter and grandson. Our first winter holiday away over Christmas and we wanted snow. I was NOT disappointed! The food was of a high quality with plenty of choice. The rooms were kept clean and beds made every day. Its interesting to read some of the other reviews because we... More

My daughter and I went to this place for lunch. We were skiing and needed lunch near the nursery slope at the Schmitten. We have had lunch several times on the mountains, usually having soup or spaghetti or similar. Always we had Apfelsaft, which up on the mountains is €3.50 for a large glass - about a litre. After eating... More

Hotel in general was ok BUT : - Needed to wait a long time before we got our drink. - Room cleaning can be better (there was still dust, papers and a waterbottle under the bed !!!). The glasses from our evening drinks where left in the hotel room until the last day ?! - Service at the front desk... More

Super, calm and quite elegant all inclusive hotel.....great food served with great finesse and style. The staff are brilliant.Furthermore if you are an energetic sort there is a cable car really close by so you can literally step out of the hotel and be on top of a big mountain for the views and the walking ,all in a matter... We stayed at the Schwebebahn from 6-17 August 2011. This was our second visit to the hotel, the first being 5 years ago, but not much had changed. The surroundings are spectacular, and you never tire of seeing the mountains when you wake up in the morning, however the weather can change several times a day. We stayed for 10... More

We stayed at the Hotel Schwebebahn at the end of June 2011 for really enjoyable week's holiday. The staff were very friendly, with good service and excellent facilities in a good mountain location with beautiful views. The rooms were clean and spacious with very good food and drink on offer. A great position for hiking and trekking. Facilities of the... More
