High-quality hotel but the wife of the owner is not friendly to the guests, not authentic and a too swanky. It''s a pity because the hotel and the staff really deserve a big star and you would expect that austrians are warm and welcoming....not this lady, never said a simple 'hello' when passing.

It was perfect holiday. Ellmau team have done a lot for all guests felt themselves like a big family. My son likes kidsroom. Of course, it wasn't chip, but it was "all inclusive". I don't like, if I must pay for swimming-pool, or sauna, or parking ets. Ellmau team is very carefull.

Sport Hotel Ellmau - we loved it! The room - old, dated, smaller then others. Comfortable, we were told the room we had will be updated in 2 years.
