Nice clean room, pretty lobby and breakfast area with huge stone fireplace, nice pool and whirlpool. Good value for the money.

Friendly and efficient staff. Convenient location for the many attractions in the area. Breakfast was tasty and the manager of the breakfast cafe area is very attentive and helpful. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. I would recommend this motel.

This pleasant Holiday Inn has a number of good qualities in its favour. It is in a relatively quiet location with the scenic hills behind it. There is a spacious fell about the common areas. The outdoor patio is lovely. The rooms are good. The close proximity to the various sights in the area make this place a good choice.

My son and I were traveling west and stopped by Holiday Inn Express in Custer. Customer service was excellent. The Pool was clean and my son really enjoyed the swim after so many hours in the car. The rooms were immaculate. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Wow! I haven't stayed in a Holiday Inn Express before and this is a fairly new property - but if they were all this way - I might stay more often. No complaints, very clean, no bedbugs, free breakfast! I'd stay here again!

First time in a holiday inn express as I usually upgrade a bit. What a nice surprise. My room was huge!! Everything was in its place, the breakfast was simple but good. Even a fresh pancake machine!
