Very good location. Silent place on the riverside, beautiful view for the river, nice hudge rooms, unfortunately weak breakfasts. Good for 1-2 nights for boattrips to caraibean atmosphera of Livingstone.

I went to rio dulce without reservation and the most recomended Hotel was Mansión del Río, has wonderful view, excelent food and the best service I experience in the outsiders of Guatemala. Thanks everyone for everthing, we hope to come back soon. hugs!

This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in any price range, much less for $150 USD. The staff is unhelpful. The rooms are incredibly old, dirty and the comforter had literally worn all the way through. There is a dirty ring around the wall where it nears the floor. Paint is cheap. Bedding is cheap. We spend one night an that day rain lake never, power went out around 9:00 and came back next day at 8:00 no sleep at all for the entire night, in the morning they still charge the full amount, went I had to fine another place to slip. don't go there save your many.
