We had an excellent stay at the Mazarin. It is perfectly located. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The breakfast was plentiful and good (excellent grits). Complimentary water bottles and mini fridge in the room and free wifi are great to have. We had a very quiet room, but our friends had a room facing Bienville Street near... More

My stay at this hotel was a happy accident. I was unable to get a room at the large hotel a block away hosting a conference that was the reason for my trip to New Orleans, and had to settle for the Hotel Mazarin. I could not have been happier. Coming home to my sparkling, roomy, quiet 3rd floor courtyard... More

We fell in love with this place and their staff the moment we entered the doors. Manny never steered us wrong, Jeffrey had our back at every corner, our breakfast and servers couldn't have been better, our rooms where kept spotless, yet our privacy was never interrupted and the cookies at the desk? Mercy! Those were the best things ever!... More

This was a great find. Historic feel but not too big or overdone. Two blocks from Canal Street, one street over from Bourbon. Our room (#208) faced the courtyard with a picturesque fountain that blocked out any possible noise from the French Quarter. The courtyard was a pleasant place to hang out and the bar right next door connected to... More

This is a nice boutique hotel. The location was great and despite being within a block of Bourbon Street, we had no noise issues in our courtyard-side room on the 4th floor (5 floor hotel), even through the weekend. It is a short walk to the river, French market, and lots of nice restaurants. The room was nice, but a... More

On a quick trip, first time to New Orleans. This smallish hotel is right in the active area in the French Quarter. You can walk to most of the French Quarter from this location so it is great for that. This is a Boutique hotel though and all of them have their charm and their flaws. This hotel had a... More

We (2 couples) very much enjoyed staying at this boutique hotel! All of the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed and elegant. The 'petite king rooms' were on the small side, but very comfortable and tastefully decorated, and Quiet! Wonderful complimentary breakfast, with a nice selection of food items (hot and cold). (Loved the scones and the delicious... More

Beautiful hotel, great big clean rooms, great property, great French Quarter location. But if you can't sleep none of that matters! Not sure if room 217 is just the worst room in the hotel but it was as loud as if we left the door and window open. While the courtyard is beautiful, imagine the sound of wrought iron chairs... More

We didn't have a very good start to our visit as when checking in, I inquired about using my AAA membership. I was abruptly told by a female member of the front desk staff that they can't take it as, like booking a flight, we were already locked into the rate we asked for when booking on their website. Really?... More

Wonderful place to stay! Great customer service, from Larry at the front desk to Solomon, another wonderful staff member. Fantastic complimentary breakfast! Make sure you request the omelets and the pancakes. Worth staying here for! Beds were so comfy you melted into them. Nice spacious and quiet rooms. Great location to everything in the quarter. Will definitely stay here again.
