Hotel is beautiful and has been restored beautifully. Our service was execptional. Only complaints we had were, during our stay there was a wedding reception in the courtyard the noise echoed all the way to the 5th floor as if we were attending the reception. The noise didn't stop until we call the front the desk at midnight and requested... More

We had no complaints about our stay at Hotel Mazarin. All the employees we met there were friendly and helpful, especially the doormen Our room was beautiful and housekeeping did an impeccable job every day. There is a lovely courtyard with a beautiful fountain where a full breakfast is served each morning. In the evening you can have a drink... More

Petit king rooms are located in smaller courtyard toward back of hotel. Very quiet but no elevator access to 3rd floor. Rooms are very petite. No desk. Only tv stand and chair. Window view is limited to rooftop on 3rd floor. 2nd floor rooms have direct view/access to courtyard. There were several weddings in the larger courtyard and music was very... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for Easter Weekend. It has just been remodeled so the rooms are very fresh. The are all tile so no musty carpet. YAY! Very nice bathrooms with large walkin showers. The breakfast buffet was very nice and has something for everyone. Nice courtyard with adjoining wine bar. Service was nice and friendly.... More

I saw the review that notes "Terrible" and had to write this as a response. I stayed at the Mazarin during their "construction period" this past spring. I was able to stay their dirt cheap and didn't even notice they were doing work! Turns out that the "construction" meant that they were painting and they didn't think it was fair... More

I just recently had a 4-night reservation at the Hotel Mazarin. I was greeted warmly by the bellman who offered to show me the check-in area, take my luggage and valet the car. Checking in was another story. No welcome, just name, ID and credit card. Absolutely no mention of breakfast, the facilities offered on property or what hotel's swimming... More

The Hotel Mazarin is the absolute most picturesque "Old World French Quarter meets Sleek Modern Boutique" Hotel EVER.... in the most amazing New Orleans location imaginable!!! We stayed at the Mazarin during our first Mardi Gras in honor of my 30th Birthday Celebration. Because of the occasion, I really wanted to splurge and stay in the French Quarter. My dream... More

We just returned from out get-away-no-kids vacation to NO. We stayed at the Hotel Mazarin since it seemed to have a good location and we found a great deal on bookit.com. The hotel has a perfect location....close to Bourbon but not too close that you can't get away from the noise. The breakfast was great...not just some bagels and juice.... More

We stayed at Hotel Mazarin for our anniversary April 27-May 1. This hotel was great. It made a lasting impression on us and we will be staying again. ALL of the staff was friendly and helpful. We could literally walk out the hotel and within 20the seconds be on Bourbon St. I can't wait to go back...I didn't want to... More
