Hotel has no amenities in room such as coffee pot, refrigerator, iron/ironing board. Room was seriously in need of updating. Mattresses and box springs look like they went thru Katrina. Very noisy air unit which never shuts off. Very nice pool area, very nice staff, good breakfast. Within walking distance of downtown area.

I stayed here while in town to run the marathon. We had a room with 2 double beds on the third floor. The property itself is very nice---it is an older building though, so yes, things are not new or super sparkly clean.
