We recently booked the Biscuit Palace to stay with some friends. It was a terrible mistake. The room was not clean, and smelled absolutely terrible. Doors did not reach the ceilings. We had a room reservation booked months in advance for Final Four weekend. Last week, the hotel cancelled our reservation without our knowledge and booked the room to someone else. And, they now refuse to refund our deposit. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

The Biscuit Palace is a guest house. It's in the quarter, and reasonably priced. It's decorated in true NOLA fashion.
