Located in the very nice Garden District of NOLA, the Prytania Oaks belongs to the Prytania Park Hotel diagonally across the street. I loved this hotel. It was everything I was looking for, quaint, comfortable and with bags of character. “Very nice quiet cozy hotel”

Stay there for the first weekend of jazz fest staff was overall pleasant. Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. Would definitely stay there again.
