Booked at Hilton St Charles and was treated nicely by valet, bell, and front desk staff. As diamond member was located on executive floor - got to room found we could barely turn around in the place. Location to Bourbon St. and French quarter was amazing. The staff was very friendly and Howard the bellhop was especially friendly and nice. The staff always was helpful and courteous. We had absolutely no bad things to say about our experience. The hotel was beuatiful and majestic! Also they had a great pool and whirlpool.

Terrible service and staff was rude. Gave out misleading information. One of the worst Hilton properties that I have ever used and I stay at many of them around the world. There is clearly a service issue at this property. I will not go back and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This Hilton is quite tired and the service is adequate at best. I regularly stay at various Hiltons in the US and around the world and this one is clearly not up to the Hilton standard I am used to. I would not recommend it but I have to admit that the location is pretty good.

This hotel was very up to the Hilton Standards and is two blocks form the French Quarter and right next to Bourbon St

Stayed at the Hilton for 2 nights while working in NOLA. It's a well appointed hotel convenient to everything. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They will definitely see me again.
