OMG - what a wonderful B&B with superb hosts, along with little Aako the dog. We had the European suite for 2 nights, consisting of huge bedroom, huge living room and large bathroom, with balcony running the whole width of the house. Filled with antiques! The breakfasts were 5Diamond quality - check out the menu on their website. The French... More

I stayed at this B&B with a friend for two nights in early April. We were due to arrive in NOLA earlier than expected, and we thought we'd try our luck with an early check in. Once I called and left a message, it was returned within the hour and Peter told us that our room may or may not... More

Great B&B in NO. Parking for guests. Pets allowed. Best breakfast ever anywhere. we stayed in the Americana Cottage in the back as we had our little Yorkie with us. Cutest little cottage with a porch. Peter is very personable, makes breakfast to order and he makes the BEST hashbrowns. Actually all the breakfst food is good--be prepared to overeat.... More

I found this B & B after searching through numerous reveiws of different B&B's in NOLA. We arrived and Peter greeted us and wanted to make sure we were settled, showed us the house and our room. The parking is off the street which is secure. Breakfast was incredible, Peter is a wonderful host and cook. The house was very... More

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Five Continents. Peter was an excellent host and had a lot of insight on the area. His breakfasts were wonderful. Akko the dog was very sweet and welcoming. The home is beautiful and the Asian Suite was great- it was nice having a separate area for sitting/TV and a separate entrance. I... More

I'd like to thank the hosts Peter and Walter for a great stay at the five continents. I was here for a week on a conference and really enjoyed coming back to this beautiful old house full of atmosphere after long days in the convention center, and to the hospitality of Peter and Walter. Guest rooms are upstairs and beautifully... More

Our accommodations provided a lovely backdrop to our visit to N.O. The amenities were comfortable and attractive. Peter prepared a delicious breakfast, and Walter provided lots of information about the history and culture of New Orleans. We would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful B & B to friends and family.

Peter, Walter and Akko are gracious hosts and made us most welcome for our return to New Orleans, 10 years after we got married at the then New Orleans Wedding Chapel just up the road. Their home is amazing - we experienced stepping back into another era, with effortlessly stylish touches throughout. It's not for people who want modern shiny... More

Have you ever wanted to experience sleeping on a pile of scrap metal? Look no further than five continents. The bed we had was totally f'd... As in, I'm sure it was at least 20 years old. We told them about it and they did replace it but not with a new one. The new mattress was still very poor... More
