We stayed in the drury inn suites a couple of weekends ago. Nice rooms, good service, maximum security. You have to have a key to come in the doors, and even go in the elevator. Its withing good walking distance to the superdome and bourbon!

Pleasant staff, very comfortable room, free drinks, free food and a 5 minute walk to the French Quarter at a great price compared to "In the French Quarter." Only one whiney complaint - $25 ++ per night for the car.
