Avenue Plaza is right on St Charles trolley line so convenient to all the sites and resturants. Great staff will hook you up with variety of tours, recommend Cajun Encounters city/cemetary tour! No need for rental car, take the airport shuttle right to hotel. Nice rooms with kitchen, pool, close to resturants on trolley line. Good views from higher floors!

Just and average hotel and not in anywhere but close to everywhere? Clean and priced fair, Good location but if your on vacation there are better situated places to stay. This is just off Canal st. but in the Business distrit.

Everything about my stay was excellent. Having valet parking was well worth the daily $12 charge. Riding the trolley system is fantastic..$3 full day (until 4 a.m.) is a bargain. Room was deluxe..even the amenities of soap, shampoo, etc were top quality.
