The Hilton Monona Terrace has a lot going for it: convenient location, great views, nice rooms (some recently remodeled); and one of the best things about the hotel is the great front desk staff -- they are consistently some of the best around.

This determination is based on multiple stays where I was greeted as a returning guest by name and recieved top notch service quality. The rooms are always in excellent condition, modern decor, and meticulously clean. I highly recomend for those traveling to the Madison area!

I was recently staying at the hotel for a conference and thought that being a 'Hilton' and all. The door to our room wouldn't close without slamming it shut a few times, the room was dirty and smelled, the bathroom mirror was dirty and the shower was gross.
