Could not use wifi. This is the second nite in my travels I could not get online. Today's travelers like myself require an Internet connection. If you advertise you have wifi then it should work. Everything else was ok.

Ran right across my pillow, I caught the little **(*&^^%$%^^&&*** and reviewed the web. Yep, definetely a bed bug. Another one bit my sons ear...nice red bump. Driving home to Iowa in the nude after getting out of the shower and leaving everything in the room except this laptop.

I apologize for your harrowing experince with our property. Bed bugs are the scourage of the lodging industry and our housekeepers are constantly looking for any sign of them. In addition to that, we have Orkin contracted to provide a regular pest control regime. After you alerted us to the problem with your room, we called our Orkin technician and... More

No elevator. If you have a lot of luggage or valuables to take to your room, you have some carrying to do, and the promised cart on the second floor was not to be found. Rooms on the east side face the wall of the adjoining motel - some ten feet or so away. The motel is located across the... More

The toilet/tub and basin area clean - very clean. Room was pleasant. Bed comfortable. Breakfast buffet was better than most with hot waffles, variety of juices, pastries and cereals and several other items. Breakfast room a bit crowded at peak times but overall was a great experience. Front desk staff excellent, courteous and very helpful. Computer available in lobby made... More

If you want a place for inexpensive stay overnight with access to Mesa Verde - this is your motel. Everything you expect from well run Motel 8 - clean, with adequate continental breakfast, good size rooms, reasonable prices and relatively quiet. Across the street from a supermarket and gas station.

Room was junkie. Stairs were old and a little dirty. overpriced. The front desk person lied to us that there were only double bed rooms. but when we checked it on the internet. We found there were 1-bed room available.

Hotel has no elevator (and no one warned us of this when making the reservation). Non-smoking room smelled very smoky. Air-conditioner did not cool well. Room was small and decor and carpet are very very very old. Haven't stayed at a hotel of this poor quality since I was in Europe. Outside of hotel deceiving, not nice inside.

We had a second floor room with no elevator. Wifi was ok - Three of five bars on signal strength. Room was large and in good shape. Minimal wear on room carpet. Hallway carpet needed replacement. Breakfast consisted of fruit, cereal, waffles, muffins, bagels, coffee, juice Staff was friendly.

From the outside, this hotel doesn't look so bad, but the interior is in dire need of an update. The room we received was on the 1st floor (despite requesting in our reservation for a room in that was not on the ground level). The room was very no frills. It was very hot in the room so we turned... More
