Old building has been remodeled nicely. Everything worked the way it was supposed to. Room was clean, although I didn't go looking for dirt, either. Furnishings were a cut above average for motels of this price range, in a rugged, Southwestern motif. LG flat-screen TV, with Clean Remote (whatever that is) and approx. 75 channels, incl. ESPN and ESPN2, TNT,... More

Real value for money suite room. The beds are comfortable and the hotel location is excellent - just across City Market with a gas station. We were assigned a suite room near the breakfast area and the indoor pool at the north side of the property. I agree with other reviewers here that you can hear the traffic and it... More

We needed lodging near Mesa Verde National Park for a night and saw good on-line reviews for this Best Western in Cortez, CO. Booking at an advance payment rate made this a reasonable value - nothing special but a generally clean room, although with the usual dirty corners in the bathroom found in almost all motel rooms. The outdoor pool... More

We checked in after a long day of motorcycle riding. We rented a suite which we found to be very comfortable and clean. The living area has a TV, refrigerator, microwave, couch and a table and chairs. There's a wet sink and coffee maker as well. The bedroom area was also comfortable and had a TV. The bathroom is located... More

After six days on the road, I've become a Best Western fan. Not the cheapest of the standard roadside hotels, but they are consistently comfortable, well appointed and designed, and well-managed. And they don't seem to be built for a maximum 25-year life span. Finishing is quality, and I love the little touches like, in this hotel, the southwestern design... More

Good motel. Clean. Quiet. The rooms are large and well designed. The bathroom was enormous. Staff was professional. Close to the Mesa Verde National Park. Very good price. Would go again.

Was lucky enough to get the last room available for the night, and scored a nice price on a suite. The room was spotlessly clean with a large bedroom and separate TV/wetbar/family room. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The couch was that industrial, hard cushion type you normally get in a hotel, but it was fine. The... More

We stayed in the famiiy suite on the 2nd floor...it was perfect! Comfortable beds, quality linens, plenty of room for the 7 of us. The breakfast was much better than any hotel we've stayed at. We love to travel & have stayed at lots of different hotels. This hotel ranks #1 with us!

We had a queen size room facing the parking lot and street and could not recommend that. The room was very small and not that nice, the parking lot and street are noisy and looks like an old style motel. We noticed the rooms in the inner courtyard near the great jacuzzi looked much nicer. The two things I can... More
