Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, comfortable and quiet. Marc is very helpful. The cabins are the best value and most private. If I visit the area again, I will most certainly stay at Kelly's Place.

In a time of personal crisis while trying to get there, these innkeepers (who are not the original owners who were lovely) made it all about policy and showed not the slightest concern or kindness for my circumstances

We had a wonderful experience at Kelly Place. A local archaeolologist took us out to explore the ancient ruins and talk about the local geology, flora and fauna. It's a very peaceful place and well situated close to Mesa Verde and other Anasazi sites. Breakfast was hearty and conversation with other guests stimulating. Highly recommended.

We always enjoy our stays at Kelly Place. It is a great location, and we love being able to hike into Canyon of the Ancients right from their back door. We love the archeological aspect of the place. I always bring home extra homemade granola, which is wonderful. We'll be back!

Great place, as others have said, a must for archaeology buffs! The owners are friendly. But the 4PM check-in is a bit extreme, especially when they charge $50 extra for an earlier arrival. I loved staying at Kelly Place! It was so quiet and peaceful, with direct access to great hiking in the canyons. Excellent full hot breakfast every morning, and wonderful hosts Mark and Jenene made me feel so welcomed. Met other interesting travelers as well.
