Hotel furnishings were a bit dated, but otherwise a good choice. Rooms were clean, and new Flat screen TV's were nice. Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn style. Nothing outstanding about it, but nothing negative as well.

Very nice and clean. Rooms are like new, great towels, beds are like new, plenty of pillows. Great continental breakfast. Two staff members to work on it. Fitness membership with a club across the street. Great stay, would definately stay here again.

The hotel staff was helpful and the common areas were nice. The room though had mismatched furniture and only one picture. Didn't have the same feel as other hampton inns

I booked this room at the last minute, for the Friday of President's Day weekend. Rooms were hard to come by, but luckily I found this non-smoking room after waiting until the last minute. We visit Hot Springs every winter for the horse races at Oaklawn and have stayed in many hotels in town. We considered this one of the best, and the location is perfect. I have been traveling to Hot Springs Bi-weekly for several months now and can say the Hampton Inn has been the best value and quality I have found for my business travel. The staff is helpful and treats you and a valuable customer, the rooms are clean, and the location is great for getting in and out of town quickly.
