Room was very clean and hotel in a good location. There were a lot of restaurants in area to choose from. The Air conditioner worked great and the bed was very comfortable and very quiet -could not hear neighbors at all. Stayed here while working in hot springs. Very nice hotel. Clean. Relatively quiet. Pillows were a bit squishy - but I'm a bit pillow picky... Did not eat their breakfast so do not know how it was. Pool looked very nice. My room had a whirlpool bath tub. Mmmmm perfect after a long 15 hour day of hot sweaty work.

Clean, friendly and right behind a GREAT Italian restaurant, J&S Italian Villa. Great food & great place to stay in Hot Springs. Our stay was extended due to the weather and the staff could not have been more helpful.

This hotel is a nice property. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast was quite good and we had a nice chat with the woman who oversees the breakfast area. This like most other Hampton Inn's was a great hotel for the price. The breakfast is standard hotel continental style food, but there were plenty of choices to choose from. My favorite part of these hotels are the beds and the linens used, they are the best. Even better than a lot of more expensive hotels.

My nonsmoking double-queen room is spotless - no dust and no bathroom mold. I'm unfamiliar with the chain at large but this Hampton changes all the bed linen between guests.
