Room was okay, bed wasn't extremely comfortable but we managed. Only complaint is switching air conditioner from low to high made it extremely loud. Very honest, returned a valuable item that was left behind.

I booked this room because the ratings and price were acceptable but within 5 minutes of checking in and looking at the room I did not get a warm fuzzy. This Red Roof Inn is the best "Under $50.00" location in Hot Springs. Recently renovated, the rooms have new carpet, fresh paint, comfortable beds, and retouched bathrooms. Although it is clear that this is an older property, there is nothing here that is a deal breaker for me.

Yuck. First thing I saw was a huge dead cockroach in the bathroom. Toilet water rises almost to the top before going down, almost thought it was going to overflow. Lots of stains on wall, tub was really dirty. I know you get what you pay for but yikes. Pretty bad.
