This hotel is in a great location. The staff was nice, and the rooms were clean and very affordable. Lots of resturants and shopping near by. Full breakfast in the mornings. I would (and will) stay there again.

This hotel is in the middle of town and the perfect place to stay. The food was good and the staff was friendly except one person (Shelly I think) at the front desk. She was very rude which is surprising since everyone else was so nice. Overall, a very good hotel and I would stay here again.

Very clean hotel with a full breakfast in the morning. They had eggs, bacon, sausage and the full works for breakfast. Was very good. The room was spotless and the bathroom just shined--was so, so clean. That is the most important to me. Would stay here again! Only con would be that the WIFI is really slow---kept knocking me off.... More

Room was comfortable and had everything we expected. Easy check in and nice pool. Breakfast was a little disappointing. The milk was sour and they were already out of gravy and waffle mix at 7:30. Other than that it was a good stay.

Visited Hot Springs during the Easter weekend and expected the place to be packed. The staff was very accommodating, rooms were pleasantly clean, indoor pool a little cold for my liking but still swimmable and the breakfast was more than the typical continental coffee and fruit. Overall a great experience and a place I'd stay again.

We spent three nights on a business trip,Room was clean,Bed was comfortable,tv channels ok,breakfast buffet,eggs, biscuits, gravy ,sausage, fresh fruits etc...good.Close to shopping Mall(Belks,Tj Maxx etc)...Walgreens,Dixie Cafe in walking distance.Right by the bypass.

My Stay was during the winter.. We just had a Bad snow/ice storm pass through and most places lost power. This comfort Inn just got power back on so we stayed 2 days. They were very nice.
