Upon arriving we were very disappointed to find that our room had no view of the lake. The front desk was very accommodating and was able to relocate us. This simple accommodation absolutely made our stay so much more relaxing.

The room was perfect! We had a great view of the lake. We received excellent service. The front desk (Mandy) was so helpful with maps and telling us where to go in the area for fun. We really enjoyed our stay!

Staff was nice allowed us to check-in at 11am. View was great. It was nice to be able to sit on the private balcony in the room. They also gave us a couple extra hours after check-out time because we are reward members
