This is a big airy atrium style hotel. It has a magnificent flying ring feature in the main lobby which has no purpose apart from making you look up. The location is very good in the centre of Palembang and only about 100m from Martabak Har, the original and finest martabak place in South Sumatra. Or so I am told.... More

From outside it looks ordinary, but inside architecture is great. The service and friendliness is great. Rooms are acceptable, but could be maintained better. Mini bar was empty and towels few. Internet only worked in the lobby and even here bitrate was poor. Lobby and restaurant was smoke free (which to me is good).
