I was going to give this place a really bad review as it wasn't good on first impressions. When we arrived we were given an old room with paper thin curtains and I was bitten badly during the night (room 157) however they changed the room without a problem the following morning. The pool area was being renovated and it... More

Hotel was far better than we thought it would be and staff were very friendly and happy . Gula gula was a great place to eat and free breakfast was a bonus and staff were very professional. the classic room was great and the cleaners did a great job each day making sure our room was spotless. Last but not... More

We only stayed 5 days but wish we could have been there longer. The staff were so friendly and so helpful. They always greeted you with a smile and always asked how your day had been. Food at the restaurant (and for room service) is fantastic. We werent disappointed! Definitely want to stat there again

We were very comfortable with the room which we were eventually given after paying for an up-grade to a Superior room from a Classic room. It was lovely, upstairs and very quiet. The Classic room that was first allocated to us in our booking, near the front of the hotel and a bar/restaurant only metres away. Kadek at reception was... More

Our allocated "classic" room 102 was not impressive at all. Too close to the noisy bar. We upgraded to a superior room for $10.00 a night. Room was quiet and comfy. Breakfast good choice of dishes. Overall I thought the hotel was above average for most categories. Book on their website for good last minute deals. We paid too much... More

We booked this place after reading reviews on trip advisor . Our first room was upstairs and not great but on request they happily moved us downstairs to a room with verandah. The staff are friendly and only too happy to help. My only advice would be if you book a deluxe room ask for a downstairs room. If you... More

The staff here are really nice, and the room was excellent. I was in 137 (It's a double room on the ground floor) there was an outside sitting room before entering the actual bedroom. Bathroom was clean, shower worked well, the AC worked too. The pool is long and narrow, and maybe not the kind of pool you'd spend a... More

We have not stayed here but do frequent their Restaurant & bar for lunch on every trip. It is positioned at the back of Baleka Resort on JL Padma Utara next door to La Monde resto overlooking the street & resort pool. They have made some changes & by the end of the year they hope to have extended the... More

This is the fourth time we have stayed here. Tony, the manager, is welcoming and helpful. The hotel is not overly large so you can feel quite at home here. It is easy to meet other hotel guests and the restaurant staff are lovely (breakfast is included in the price.) Activities can be organised for you at the front desk... More

I found some cheap air asia flights for the March long weekend and husband agreed to go but on a one condition - a very tight budget. I read through all the reviews on TA and emailed the most popular budget hotels but they were full. So I booked the Baleka after reading the positive reviews but considering how much... More
