Had booked and paid for 7 nights at silq thru villas Indonesia. When we arrived we were told there was not a booking for us as they had not been paid. Extremely upset. We spent the rest of the day finding other accommodation. Never use villas Indonesia. Manager at silq very unhelpful.

Great staff, accomodation, breakfast, location, we wanted a private villa in a complex and got one. Nothing was too much trouble, nearby mini markets for water, beer, snacks etc. very close to great restaurants, free courtesy shuttle will definitely use again.
