On our way from Banda to Jakarta we stayed here for one night. One week earlier we stayed 6 days at Colin Beach Hotel. We are expirienced travelers to South East Asia, travelling with children 3 and 5 years old. Big and spacious hotel and room, reasonable priced when booked through Agoda. Pick up from ferry also worked well. Nice... More

The hotel is situated quite nicely with a lovely sea view out of our room. The room was quite big and reasonably clean with a nice shower although the bathroom could have been cleaned better during our stay. The rest however was not that great. The people at the reception have tried to be helpfull in their own way, but... More

I stayed here for a couple of nights when I visited Ambon - Maluku for work. The hotel is a little bit outside the city, so it might not ideal if you have meeting early in the morning in the city. But, the sleep quality that I got when I stayed there was great and I love the big and... More

The rooms are clean and very large nice swimming pool, but the hotel is very boring and much too far from family and town. By car half an hour driving to town. The food is very very bad and much too expansive. Never go back to this hotel.

Had a grilled fish steak. Taste like a rubber. Tough to eat. Not recommend for a small kid or old folk. Coffee served at breakfast taste like plain water with coffee smell. Min. choices of food in breakfast. No free hotel shuttle. Shuttle to town is real expensive. Suggest to rent a motorcycle or take the public transport if you... More

Hotelstaff has absolutely no sensitivity. Management should arrange complimentairy shuttle service to town and visaversa. Until this avoide this place unless you want to be isolated in the middle of knowwere. Never come back again.

I've stayed at the Aston 3 times on business trips. The Ambon Aston has a beautiful setting and surrounded by tranquility. One of the problems is that it's isolated, too far from town, shops and airport. The breakfast was ordinary. I've asked my company to book accommodation for our party elsewhere in the future. I'd only stay at the Aston... More

I stayed a couple of times in Aston Natsepa, I have to say it's not my favourite in Ambon due to my purpose of travel. If you want to hide from the hustle-bustle of Ambon, then Aston Natsepa is perfect, but be careful because it may be too quiet for you to access anything nearby. I rate everything average, except... 3 out of 4 in the group could not turn the room entrance light off. Each night we unscrewed the globe and each morning the staff tightened it again. The bar fridge was screwed closed. The snacks were stale anyway. 3 out of 4 could not get the Australia Network service. When a deposit was required credit cards worked perfectlky,... More
