“Do Not Trust This Hotel”

Since were arriving in Kota in the evening, we reserved this hotel well in advance. As is our practice (when not asked by the hotel to do otherwise), we sent reconfirmations upon leaving home, 2-3 weeks in advance, and a day before. They told us that, since they had not received any reconfirmations, they had cancelled our reservation!
