“Waste of money”

The hotel is located on the top of a hill.The approach road is horrible. The dining room looks like a shabby restaurant by the road. Food is average. Breakfast options are few. Rooms are ok nothing great. Not worth the money spent. Electrical points weren't working. Sad state.This resort can be avoided.

I spend my Holiday at Upper Deck with my family, I had very good experience in such beautiful location, friend staff, variety in food and good service makes my holidays memorable one..will definitely come back. The view is absolutely awesome, but service needs a big huge push.We had to remind the staff at the restaurant for each and every thing,forks,spoons etc etc.The list could go on,they could not differentiate between chicken and fish.Practically all the restaurant staff looked new and were not aware of several things.
