No doubt this is the best hotel in Kep. The property has been develop by a family and they have manage from the beginning. Comfortable rooms, and very good swimming pool. Everything done little by little. Don't expect a typical 5 star hotel and enjoy the experience of a hotel is making by itself.

Although the property was quite nice with some beautiful views, there appeared to be no interest from the staff in making it a pleasant stay. Lovely place to relax n see the sunsets. Great spot for families. Small bungalows were cosy but adequate. Staff keen to sell larger units but accepted our decision to take cheaper room. Food was excellent. Best seafood amok we had in Cambodia.
