Staff very friendly, professional, and helpful. When we checked in the room had a very strong cigerette smoke smell. The staff moved us with no questions asked, and even came afterwards with candy, and a hand-written note ;-) The food was average at best though.

I always stay at this Homewood Suites when I come to Greensboro. Why? It always exceeds what I expect. Great place. Great people. With easy access to I-40, you can be anywhere quickly. The staff bends over backwards to help you. Even when you ask questions that would have obvious answers, they treat you with respect and kindness.

Absolutely clean, staff went OUT OF THEIR WAY to accommodate our needs! Usually, hotel bathrooms have hair, dirty floor or orange or black mildew growing - if it's been awhile since anyone's cleaned it! Our 2 rooms there were SUPERB!! Rate = "TOP 10"

Friendly, nice and helpful describes the staff here. From the Front Desk personnel to the Shuttle Drivers, everyone was so pleasant and willing to engage in conversation. The decor could step it up a notch. Having a full blown kitchen was not necessary for my stay.
