The service was Terrible! 50 minutes to receive coffee and almost 2 hours from the time we ordered dinner until we received it. Rooms are fine and the staff is friendly but will stay else ware my next visit.

This hotel must have been recently done over and the public rooms are better than the actual rooms which have small bathrooms and sometimes no access to the outside balcony or patio. Rooms too close to public areas tend to be noisy. Very efficient front desk.

After a 5 hour drive from Kampala, this hotel was very refreshing and pleasant.The check-in process was efficient and hassle free. The rooms were clean and neat with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The menu was limited, but sufficient. The food was well prepared and satisfactory.
