This condo is definitely off the main drag in Gatlingburg, which means you need to walk a few blocks, and keep track of your directions at night. We had a wonderful trip. This hotel is just barely off the beaten path. It is easily within walking distance of all of gatlinburg. It is very quiet and cozy. The view from the balcony was very nice. The Staff was super nice. I will be booking this again next year.

Lady at the front couldn't have been nicer. We got a room with a jacuzzi and it was good. The only complaint I have is the bed is more on the firm side. A lot of people like it that way, I dont lol. But nothing else to complain about, good location, good price. I enjoy it.

Just spent 5 nights in Unit 401--end unit with views of Sky Lift and Space Needle from balcony. Even saw a beautiful black bear roaming the parking lot one night--apparently not an unusual sighting!
