The location is perfect for downtown Gatlinburg. We walked everywhere but there is a trolley. The condo is very spacious. 2 bathrooms, fully furnished kitchen. There is a balcony. Some of the rooms overlook downtown Gatlinburg. Don't have to pay for parking in Gatlinburg which is a nice plus.
