This hotel is very convenient to National park, Ober Gatlinburg, and the Trolley's. The hotel is dated but our room (#300) was clean and comfortable with a mini fridge. It had a nice balcony with 2 rockers, facing the Parkway. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
