So for my 21st birthday, me and three friends want to hit Gatlinburg and have a good time. It's later in the night by the time we get there, and we were all wanting to go to the pool before they closed in an hour. We get to our rooms and the list of problems began. Our bathroom had an... More

Decided to come visit Gatlinburg for a weekend. Choose to stay here because of the location.... Worst mistake I could have made. Checked into a dirty room and the staff was not really helpful in correcting my concerns. I would suggest not staying here! Ive been to Gatlinburg a hundred times and I can say there are way better hotels... More

Came in to see the National Park, and expected the place to be so-so. Instead, we had a GREAT room and friendly staff! I have terrible allergies, and was relieved to find that the hotel didn't have any strange fragrances, and even the detergent they used did not give me a skin rash! (This is often a problem of mine... More

I had a hard time finding a roll-in or hand-held shower in Gatlinburg, Wendy was very nice she even went into the room to be sure it was what I needed. Then I booked it and I was very happy with the room however I do use a manual chair. I did make a suggestion to the hotel if someone... More

First there was copper sticking out of the floor that I cut my foot on! Second the toilet seat was terribly stained! Thirdly the staff doesnt understand much English and manager is never available, and to top everything off our toilet got stopped up from just urine! We called the front desk and she flushed the toilet for some erratic... More

We were here for Winterfest February 17-19, 2012. Our group had several different rooms. Every room had different problems. The service started out really bad. The reservations lady up front was very rude. While waiting for our room keys, we were having a group meeting, she actually yelled to us to be quiet, we all were shocked. House keeping was... More

First let me start off by saying the room was clean and easy to get to. Now, several issues came up, fireplace, light not working, outlet sparks, dirty water in shower. These issues were brought to the attention of the front desk on three first night, the second day the second night. Nothing was fixed. Paid extra for a fireplace... More

This hotel is very convenient to National park, Ober Gatlinburg, and the Trolley's. The hotel is dated but our room (#300) was clean and comfortable with a mini fridge. It had a nice balcony with 2 rockers, facing the Parkway. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I went up after Christmas, December 28th - December 31st. Our room was to be a King Delux. The bed was hard as a rock, could have slept in the car and been more comfortable, the pillows were lumpy. The curtins were just barley hanging from the wall, if we had turned the air up much at...
