Construction everywhere, room old looking, this hotel was definitely not up to the standard of any Hampton Inn we have ever stayed. It was over priced for what it was. They need to change the carpets. Maybe that will be part of the remodel they are doing. We woke up earlier than we wanted because of construction equipment outside our... More

Loved the Hampton Inn. Even though parts were under renovation (lobby), the room was really nice. We had a standard king size room and loved it. Everything was nice and clean, the linens had a wonderful spring time scent from being freshly laundered and the fireplace in our room (Standard!) was wonderful! Even though we did not use the pool... More

Have stayed here for the last 6 years. New pool & hot tub. Always stay creekside in room with fireplace. Nice private balcony overlooking the creek. GREAT place to sit and listen to the water. Staff is always friendly & helpful. Can't wait until our next stay.

Construction everywhere from the front entrance to the lobby. Attendant in lobby has no clue how to change fax machine ink cartridge to receive fax without half of it illegible. If you like hassles and inefficiency this is the hotel for you!

Dear Guest; We always appreciate your feedback, and welcome comments to help us improve to better serve you. I do apologize that the fax you needed to receive was of poor quality, and that our front desk staff did not have access to an ink cartridge in order to change the ink. This is not typical, but because of moving... More

My husband and I really enjoyed the Hampton Inn. The fireplace in the room and private balcony were perfect and really made our stay enjoyable. Convenient location made it easy to walk to all local attractions and it was just a short car ride to the main visitor center at Smoky Mountain National Park. Yeah, there was some construction, but... More

This hotel is located at the National Park end of Gatlinburg, and within walking distance to most attractions and restaurants. Everyone on staff, from the front desk, to housekeeping and maintenance was so friendly and helpful. They are outstanding! The renovations are going to be nice when completed. In the meantime, be ready for some minor construction inconveniences. We stayed... More

I have stayed here before and sooooo glad they are doing a mjor renovation! In fact I got one of the newly renovated rooms and as nice as any higher end H.I. property...however, I wasn't prepared for the lack of parking or amount of construciton equipment or debris around. Would have still stayed...but would have been prepared!

They are currently working on the hotel so there are workers and equipment all around, but our room was nice and quiet. The fireplace was a nice touch!

This is an old hotel and all rooms are outside unlike modern Hampton inn. Room was small and bed not comfortable. Very limited offerings for breakfast. Construction going on makes difficult to get in & out. Price was high compared to other HI stayed in recently that were newer facilities. Not good value for $ spent!

I always try to stay loyal to Hamptons. This property is older. During our visit, it was undergoing a remodel. I will definitely check it out when completed. Rooms are small, furniture & wall coverings showing a little wear & tear, but the room was very clean, smelled good. The bedding, linens are all of Hampton Inn quality I have come... More
