i dont understand the negative reviews, maybe they are trying to improve. They certainly have in our opinion. One of the few pet friendly accomodations in Gatlinburg and on the "strip". We stayed from Christmas day for five nights in room 135. Front office staff could not have been more accomodating, friendly and professional. Room was extremely clean. Beds were... More

We travel in a LARGE group from different locations across the US to meet in Gatlinburg and ride our motorcycles on all of the fantastic roads in the area. Its important for us to stay in a place that can accomodate the size of our group as well as be tollerant our jubulent reunion. This means we laugh a little... More

The staff was not friendly AT ALL. It really left a bad taste in my mouth because I felt like I had done something wrong just by trying to check in. We had two room and the first was average. It was about what you'd expect for the age of the building and was mostly clean and airy. The second... More

Very outdated...wood paneling....dog hair in the bedding....stains on chairs....dog food left on carpet...musty smell......furniture in disrepair. Booked through expedia so I couldn't get a refund and still thought seriously about staying somewhere else.

Rooms are clean and fair sized. Heated indoor poor is nice for more relaxed days. Best part hands down is it's located right in down town Gatlinburg. Anywhere you need to go in town you can walk.

We stayed in Gatlinburg for one night and wanted to stay at a hotel on the main drag. The first problem started when we checked in. The online price was different then what the front office stated. We were exhausted and just wanted to get out of the car. Although the hotel was on the main drag our hotel room was... More

Booked online and when we arrived we were advised we booked the Penthouse Suite! We were given a key and instructions to get to the room in the 4 story adjacent building. First problem was that the instructions were to go to the 3rd floor and look for a door in the stair hallway and of course it wasnt there... More

We brought our Sheltie dog and stayed here for a weekend in August. We were at first apprehensive after reading some of the reviews for the various pet friendly hotels in Gatlinburg. We chose this one because it seemed to be the better choice and we are glad that we decided to stay here. The room on the second floor... More
