Very outdated...wood paneling....dog hair in the bedding....stains on chairs....dog food left on carpet...musty smell......furniture in disrepair. Booked through expedia so I couldn't get a refund and still thought seriously about staying somewhere else.

Rooms are clean and fair sized. Heated indoor poor is nice for more relaxed days. Best part hands down is it's located right in down town Gatlinburg. Anywhere you need to go in town you can walk.

The room was old , dirty .The ice machines would not work . I was afraid to ride the elevator The pool area was ,very dark at night.halls wereold and dirty. Recption on the tv, was poor to be cable.
